HEB Digital Coupons available when you sign up here and if you are already signed up to receive HEB emails and in-store coupons all you have to do is provide your 10 digit mobile number with a 4 digit pin. You recieve a text on your mobile and follow instructions to so that you can install new HEB app. You will also receive texts for exclusive offers at HEB.
You can select on app or online all your Digital Coupons to your mobile phone number and redeem in-store at checkout by entering your mobile phone number and 4 digit pin on keypad.
