I visit Sprouts every Wednesday for their Double Ad Wednesday's Deals.
This means the ad runs from Wednesday to Wednesday where there are twice as many items on sale every Wednesday. 

Last week's sale items are in their final day, and this week's sale items are in their first day. 

This does not mean that the discounts are twice as high; merely that there are twice as many of them.
