You can use manufacturer's coupons on any of the items listed and make sure at checkout you hand over coupons after the cashier has hit total.
If you are absolutely sure you purchased $25+ and a $10 didn't print at checkout take your receipt immediately to customer service and let them know.
The $10 Catalina can only be used between dates listed and you can use on anything in store, except for liquor and cigarettes.
Have you done the Colgate catalina deal? When does the cat print? Is it after the cashier presses 'total" or is it after you pay?
ReplyDeleteHi there! I have done 2 on Wednesday on 2 separate transactions. I did the Speed Stick Gear and the $10 Catalina/Coupon printed. Then I did the Cottonelle deal and the Catalina did not print so I brought over to managers attention and he searched into it and gave me the $10 catalina because the items were on the ad and I had purchased $28. Make sure your cashier hits total and see catalina print. Hope that helps.

DeleteI'm still not for certain when this catalina prints, as it didn't work for me: I had them ring up my 2 12pks of regular Scott toilet paper first (9.24 each) then 5 soft soap hand soaps at 1.47 each, so my total was more than $25. I had her press "total" . I told them I wanted to make sure my colgate/Kimberley-Clark total was at least $25. Nothing printed. Then she rang up the rest of the items I was buying, and at the end, I again had her press 'total". Nothing. Then I gave her my coupons, including the YQs for soft soap, and paid. No colgate catalina, but I got other catalinas, so the machine was working in general. They scanned my receipt, and then put in a code to make the catalina print, which it did.
DeleteThe Scott tp was not in any pictures, but it is Kimberley-Clark, and it's what we use to save money (lasts forever), but I'm guessing that may have been the problem: the Scott.
1r33fr7, It does not always print. I had again another issue this weekend on it and it didn't print so I had to bring to manager's attention and they verified I purchased $25+ on Colgate-Palmolive items and Kimberly-Clark and they enter a code at a different register and the Catalina prints. It's happened to me already 3 times in 2 different cities at 2 different HEB's. They must have something going on with their machines.
